About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead staff performance, ensure compliance with aged care standards, and deliver high-quality services across clinical and support functions. You will also help in business development and growing the Right at Home name around Southwest Victoria. There will be a HR component to this role with managing staff concerns and wellbeing. You will have access to an external professional HR service for any complex matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the organisation
Lead, mentor, and support multidisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks
Monitor KPIs, staffing, and resource allocation
Promote a positive culture focused on client wellbeing and family engagement
Support the transition to the Support at Home program
Stay informed and responsive to aged care reforms and evolving government guidelines
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in aged care, healthcare, or a similar sector
Strong understanding of aged care reforms, including Support at Home.
In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation and quality standards
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications in Health, Business, or Management
Ability to foster a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement
