With growth comes opportunity and allinsure's national success has resulted in a brand-new position for a Team Leader who's ready to take ownership of the internal account executive team. You'll be the kind of person who leads with empathy, drives performance, and knows that success is a team game. You'll mentor, guide, and support a group of talented Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives, helping them deliver exceptional service to SME clients across Australia. You've got your own portfolio of clients to manage, but your real superpower is helping your team shine with theirs.
The admin burden? No need to let that concern you, with a powerhouse back-end support team at your service your time is free to focus on what matters. This role is all about leadership, collaboration, and making things happen; we promise a healthy dose of fun along the way.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and mentoring a high-performing internal team, helping them grow and succeed.
* Managing workflows, quoting, renewals, claims, and documentation with precision and care.
* Being the first point of contact for internal queries and client service challenges.
* Working closely with Partners and Senior Account Executives to deliver seamless client experiences.
* Keeping compliance tight, data clean, and standards high.
* Bringing energy, clarity, and leadership to every moment, whether it's a Monday morning huddle or a Friday afternoon cheers.
What You Bring
* As a guide 5+ years in insurance broking or account management, ideally with SME clients. If you've reached great heights before your 5 years, we still want to hear from you.
* Goes without saying - Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (RG146) and a solid grasp of FSRA legislation.
* Leadership experience is key; you know how to inspire, guide, and get results.
* A collaborative mindset and a love of team success over individual glory.
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* A sense of humour, a love of learning, and a commitment to doing good work with good people.
