Reception/Administrative Assistant
Medium, established accounting practice seeking a reliable and well‐organised Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support the Team and assist with the day‐to‐day administration of the practice.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
* Diary and calendar management, including scheduling client meetings and monitoring key deadlines
* Client administration, including onboarding, maintaining records, and client correspondence
* Preparation and lodgement of ASIC forms, annual statements, and ongoing corporate compliance tasks
* Assistance with ATO administration, including portal tasks, client registrations, and general compliance support
* Managing incoming calls and emails during business hours
* Preparing letters, engagement packs, and practice documentation
* Maintaining practice systems, registers, and electronic files
* General administrative support as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Previous 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role (experience in accounting or professional services highly regarded)
* Exposure to ASIC and ATO processes, or a strong willingness to learn
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Professional written and verbal communication skills
* A friendly and client‐focused approach
* The ability to work independently and manage priorities
