The Training and Development Team has a fantastic fixed-term opportunity until 30 June 2026 for the role of Rail Industry Worker Program Adviser to join the team. Your Opportunity In this role you will provide administrative support and partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage the contractor training panel and Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Program, leveraging your skills in administration, stakeholder management, and learning system support to make valuable contributions to a vital program at Queensland Rail. What You’ll Be Doing Provide high-level administrative support for the RIW Program, RIW System, and external training panel. Set up access for RIW System administrators and RIW mobile application users and provide advice to ensure system consistency across all platforms. Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders and training providers, ensuring effective service delivery and a smooth operational flow. Conduct compliance checks with reporting obligations for Queensland Rail’s external contractor training panel contracts Monitor and support the contractor competency management system, tackling queries and providing guidance to stakeholders Get involved in specialist People, Wellbeing and Sustainability & Training and Development tasks/projects as required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously Additional advantage if you have: Previous experience with Rail Industry Worker system or learning management systems is highly desirable.
