The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the administrative functions of a dedicated medical portfolio, supporting interns and trainee medical officers across the network.
This role involves working closely with senior clinical and administrative leaders to develop and maintain medical rosters, support recruitment and rotation planning, leave management, and ensuring compliance with relevant agreements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality improvement.
