Join our Operations Team as a Port Delivery Agent Guides Scheduler in Sydney. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for planning guides across Australia to ensure smooth shore excursion and tour operations.
Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a specialist business providing cruise ship handling services worldwide. You will work closely with cruise lines and their clients in Australia. This is a Sydney-based role with potential travel opportunities within the country.

Our Offer
A starting salary of 61,300 AUD gross per year.

Candidate Profile
Methodical and organized with high accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, OneNote, Outlook).
Resilient, adaptable to change, and independent problem-solver.
Helpful, flexible, and professional personality.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience in travel/tourism is advantageous; driver’s license is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit guides via association websites, set up information, and handle contracts.
Plan and schedule guides for shore excursions across Australia.
Share operational requirements and documentation.
Coordinate with the Port Delivery Team and Port Operations Manager.
Develop feedback documents and ensure timely payroll processing.
Manage operational changes and last-minute requests.
