Strategic Credit Risk Leader
Profusion Group is seeking an experienced Credit Risk expert to define and embed a credit risk strategy, providing independent oversight and guidance to the credit team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Credit Strategy Development:
o Define the company's credit risk appetite and strategy.
2. Independent Oversight:
o Chair the Credit Committee providing unbiased guidance.
3. Complex Proposal Review:
o Review, structure and approve complex credit proposals.
4. Team Guidance:
o Provide guidance to credit analysts and deal teams.
5. Portfolio Performance Monitoring:
o Monitor the performance of the credit portfolio.
6. Risk Modelling Enhancements:
o Drive enhancements in risk modelling and stress testing.
7. Leadership:
o Build, mentor and lead a high-performing credit risk team.
