Lead Sales Pursuits : Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
Negotiate and structure solutions that align with the strategic needs of financial services clients.
Client Relationship Building : Establish and grow long-term relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers in target accounts.

Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with HCLTech’s internal teams including delivery, presales, solution architects, and consulting to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the business needs and objectives of financial services clients.
Market Insight : Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs to refine sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities in the banking, insurance, and superannuation sectors.
Brand Ambassadorship : Represent HCLTech at industry events, conferences, and forums to increase brand visibility and thought leadership within the financial services sector.
