About the Role:
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.
You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.
What You’ll Need:
* Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
* A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product
* Confident communication and people leadership skills
* A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance
* Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how
* A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment
* Ready to work a Sunday–Thursday roster
