**Preferred Requirements**:
- High empathy and communications capability
- CertIV qualification and 2-4+ years' experience in WHS consulting
- Expertise in building capability in managing critical risks and controls
- Demonstrated ability to educate internal clients on operating under a WHSMS framework
- Experience working with relevant state regulators, particularly in NSW, would be advantageous
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- CertIV in Work Health and Safety or related field
- Relevant WHS certifications and accreditations
- Proven track record in WHS consulting and risk management
