We are currently seeking a super-efficient Warehouse Administrator to join our team based at our Tamworth facility.
What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role is responsible for providing administration support including:
* Performing warehouse administrative tasks including accounts payable, expenses, stock control, sundry orders, receipting, processing, delivery dockets and filling out consignment notes
* Assisting customers with products and queries
* Maintaining safety processes
* Providing general administrative support to the warehouse including various customer queries
* Working and communicating with transport and logistics companies, truck drivers, and store personal
* Assisting with packing small orders
What You'll Bring:
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:
* A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
* Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
* Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook & the ability to learn new systems quickly
