The role of Customer Relationship Manager is a versatile one! We are seeking a candidate who can excel operationally, build, and maintain long-standing customer relationships, and use critical thinking to overcome challenges. As part of Sales & Marketing team, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with our Customer Service Support Team.
Operating out of Hunter Valley Region, the successful candidate will collaborate with mine sites to implement and develop componentry which directly contributes to the success of the client's maintenance projects and strategies. You will play a key role in the successful growth of our business acting as a trusted engineered solutions consultant across a portfolio of our most valued customers.
The foundation of the role is to serve as a key liaison betweenthe client and Geographe to build and maintain long-standing relationships while actively promoting our range of products and engineered solutions. This dynamic and progressive role requires a flexible, highly focused individual to work in a challenging yet highly rewarding role at the forefront of our business.
To be successful in this role, you have proven skills in:
* Leading as a brand ambassador, you will exhibit confidence in driving sales efforts to obtain fresh revenue sources for the company.
* Maintain ongoing accountability and management of a portfolio of customersand grow the revenue base.
* Accelerating Geographe's Products in established markets, actively delivering new business or potential future business outcomes.
* Maintain existing and build new relationships at multiple levels within the key accounts and effectively communicate our value proposition to all stakeholders.
* Conduct consistent on-site meetings (1 week out of every 4-week period)
* Negotiate term contracts with prospective clients that deliver long-term business outcomes.
* Generate, implement, and analyse tailored development approaches on a quarterly basis.
The Requirements:
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment.
* Ability to use your initiative and be self-motivating, with the drive to succeed.
* Commitment to learning our range of products and engineered solutions.
* Experience in a leadership or customer-facing role.
* Ability to present clearly and effectively to a group.
* SAP, CRM HubSpot, and Microsoft Office products experience.
* Experience in business-to-business sales and relationship management is desirable.
* Experience in maintaining Fixed Plant or Mobile Equipment Assets is highly desirable.
* Exposure to maintenance, mining, and/ or technical environments would be beneficial.
