About the Role
Lead financial reporting for a major property portfolio on a fixed-term contract. Commercial property experience is essential.
* Manage financial data and reporting for a large commercial property portfolio
* Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly accruals
* Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders
* Maintain and reconcile property balance sheets and fixed asset registers
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders through business partnering
* Support group-wide financial reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Commercial Property experience is mandatory
* Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
* CPA/CA qualified
* A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial or retail property accounting
