We are an electrical contracting and refrigeration firm and a white goods repairer and tool repairer, dealing with builders, household customers, retailers, and manufacturers. We are looking to appoint a permanent part time admin/job co-ordinator to work in a busy office (30-38 hours) Monday to Friday
Extra hours may be required when others are on holiday or away
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to
· Taking and coordinating jobs for appliance technicians and contracting
· Liaising with manufacturers and rental properties and customers
· Serving customers
· Providing office support / administration assistance to all areas
· General office duties
· Ability to work as a team within a busy environment
· Strong attention to detail to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
· Good communication skills
· Good computer skills
· Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Wage based on skill level
Job can be fulltime or part time depending on availability
