Your Role
In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our customers, enabling sales and driving growth ambitions for B&D Group.
As an Account Manager, you will develop, maintain, and expand relationships with prospective and established customers. You will innovate with customers, challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities for additional products or services.
You will work closely with our top independent and prefab partners across QLD, requiring travel within Queensland on a quarterly basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer portfolios, drive sales, and represent the brand effectively
* Build customer confidence through brand knowledge, product expertise, and local market awareness
* Develop and execute strategies to generate demand, meet sales targets, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Manage time efficiently for customer visits and call cycles
* Establish strong business relationships with independent dealers, driving joint growth initiatives for mutually beneficial sales growth
* Collaborate with dealers to review their performance, provide coaching and feedback, and strategize future opportunities
