We are partnering with a high-performing boutique management consulting firm with a strong international footprint across Australia, France, Germany, Canada, and Switzerland. Driven by sustained growth and increasing client demand, the firm is now seeking Senior Consultants to join its entrepreneurial, international environment. This is an opportunity for high‑calibre consultants to take on significant responsibility early, work closely with senior clients, and help shape the next phase of a rapidly growing consulting platform.
Key responsibilities include
* Drive analysis, synthesise and structure insights to produce deliverables for client engagements.
* Present recommendations and coach the client’s team to deliver transformational change and lasting results.
* Structure problems, identify root causes and steer the project towards progress.
* Foster deep and trusting relationships with our clients, supporting them with problem solving, developing improvement initiatives and accelerating implementation.
* Provide mentoring and coaching for junior team members to accelerate their development.
* Collaborate with Managers and Partners to produce proposals.
* Play a key role in managing internal processes such as Business Development, Marketing, Recruitment, Knowledge Management and Training.
Background & Experience required
* Successful management consulting experience (minimum of 4 years) and proven track record of promotion, preferably in industrial sectors (e.g., defence, heavy industry, utilities or logistics). NV1 clearance highly regarded.
* Batchelor degree ideally or higher (e.g. MBA).
* Strong analytical, synthesis, problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Confident on taking project management responsibilities and leading a team.
* Motivation to further grow with a young and ambitious company.
* Enthusiastic about working in teams and a willingness to travel between Australian cities and regions.
