As a Senior People & Culture Advisor, you will drive people-focused initiatives in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will provide expert human resources support across various functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workplace wellbeing, and compliance.
This role is key to enabling leaders and employees by providing guidance on HR policies and legislative requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing timely and strategic HR advice and support to executives, leaders, and employees.
* Supporting senior leaders with job design, position descriptions, and job advertisements.
* Administering and optimizing HR information systems (HRIS) and learning management systems (LMS).
* Guiding and coaching leaders on probationary and performance appraisal discussions.
* Managing complex employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
* Identifying workplace trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Ensuring compliance with HR policies, workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations, and workers' compensation processes.
We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as demonstrated experience managing recruitment, retention strategies, and performance management processes. A tertiary qualification and at least 3 years of generalist HR experience are also essential.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:

* At least 3 years of experience in generalist HR roles.
