About the Company This role sits within a community-focused organisation that delivers essential services and takes its responsibilities seriously.
The finance function is well established, the systems work, and the team is made up of long-tenured, high-performing professionals who know their craft and deliver results.
About the Role This is a newly created Shared Services Supervisor position covering both receivables and payables, but with a clear focus on Accounts Receivable and debt recovery.
You'll provide day-to-day leadership across AR activities, ensuring strong controls, timely collections, and consistent processes, while remaining close to the detail yourself.

Key responsibilities include overseeing AP, AR and the debt recovery processes, monitoring aged debt, monitoring performance metrics, managing escalations and complex matters, supporting and guiding a capable team, and identifying opportunities to strengthen controls, efficiency, and cash flow outcomes.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues early and keep things moving.
About You You'll bring solid experience across Accounts Receivable and collections, with exposure to supervising or mentoring others.
You're confident dealing with overdue debt, understand risk, and know how to balance firmness with professionalism.
You're comfortable in structured environments, value consistency and accountability, and don't shy away from rolling up your sleeves when required.
Strong communication skills and a steady, practical approach are essential.
