Job Description
As a Community Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in helping visitors understand Victoria's energy transition, answering their questions, and connecting them with relevant services and information.
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that all visitors feel welcomed and have a positive experience within the hub.
* Enhance and build relationships with stakeholders, including local communities, by working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
* Support engagement activities, meetings, and community events at the hub to foster a great community experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and equivalent experience in a similar role, partnered with a keen interest in renewable energy.
* Confidence in representing the organisation to community members and community organisations.
* High-level interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with different groups, including members of a local community.
* Effective verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Other Information
Occasional weekend work may be required. A Victorian Police Records Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to undertake First Aid training) are also necessary.
