Part Time Receptionist, St Kilda Rd Office, Close to Public Transport

A respected Financial Services Firm are seeking a Receptionist to join their team. This role is entirely office based, and is a Part Time 10-2pm Monday to Friday.
**Your new role**
- In this receptionist role you will be managing a busy switch board: answering calls in a timely manner and forwarding messages to the correct team member
- You will co-ordinate all incoming and outgoing mail, parcel deliveries and courier services
- Meeting and greeting clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Maintaining the boardrooms and ensuring there are no meeting clashes
- Office Management duties such as ordering coffee, tea, milk, fruit and stationary for the office
- Organising catering when required
- Ad-hoc duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally 1+ years' experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Ability to problem solve and work in a fast paced environment
- Have a 'can do attitude'
