Experience You also must have in depth knowledge, experience and expertise in Commercial Property and conveyancing and in particular, in the following areas: Conveyancing - Property acquisitions and disposals; Leasing - Complex leasing transactions; Development - Developments (including subdivisions and partitioning); Joint ventures - Work closely with their Corporate Team who will advise on corporate structures and joint ventures.
