The Opportunity

Based at our Fremantle head office, the focus of this role is to provide proactive coordination and administrative support to the ERP Project team to help plan, manage and track the activities required for the successful implementation of the ERP project. You will work closely with the ERP Project Manager and Project team to maintain governance, documentation and communication, ensuring project information is accurate, current and accessible.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update project schedules, action registers, issue/risk logs and decision registers.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute‑taking and distribution.
- Track completion of actions and follow up with responsible owners.
- Support the Project Manager with preparation of governance and steering committee presentations & reports.
- Assist in maintaining the project SharePoint and documentation repository to ensure version control and accessibility.
- Coordinate review and approval workflows for project documentation.

The Successful Applicant Will Possess

- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a project coordination or project support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining project documentation, schedules and registers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced project environment.
