About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to support the Barrow Island JIC CUG Project. You will supervise and coordinate civil, earthworks and concrete scopes on site, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to quality standards. This is a 4-month Barrow Island contract on a 2:1 roster with the possibility of extension.
* Supervise and lead onsite activities related to civil works, earthworks, and concrete operations.
* Provide strong leadership, direction, and support to onsite personnel.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to drive productivity and meet project milestones.
* Monitor work progress and report on performance, issues, and resolutions.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
* Strong experience working as a Supervisor on a mine site.
* Demonstrated experience overseeing civil, earthworks, and concrete scopes.
* Strong knowledge of site safety practices, risk mitigation, and operational control.
