Job Role
Customer Service Professional Opportunity Available
Provide friendly and professional customer service and advice on a range of products.
Assist customers with makeup colour matching.
Explain how products work and demonstrate their application techniques.
Apply makeup.
Recommend complementary products that meet customer needs.
Contribute to meeting sales targets.
Assist with coordinating product launches and special events.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and beauty trends.
Build and maintain a valued client base.
Help manage inventory and ensure displays are merchandised appropriately.
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Beauty Consultant is advantageous.
Application of makeup and skincare products.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Inventory management.
Sales and up-selling experience.
Industry knowledge with a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours across seven days of trade.
Qualified or working towards Makeup Artists and Beauty Therapists encouraged to apply.
