We are seeking an experienced Management Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer and the Operations Leadership Team. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values impact over profit, and enjoys working closely with passionate leaders.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO, Operations Leadership Team, and stakeholders.
* Manage diaries, emails, and meeting coordination for senior leaders.
* Prepare agendas, reports, and accurate minutes for key meetings.
* Coordinate logistics and materials for Board meetings.
* Investigate and resolve escalated customer feedback.
* Support the delivery of operational projects and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Represent the organisation professionally and uphold our values of Collaboration, Courage, Innovation, Integrity, and Respect.

What You'll Bring

* Extensive experience in executive support, administration, or customer service.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
* Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
