YOUR NEW ROLE

As the Change Manager – HR Technology Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of Oracle HCM across the university's global network. Working closely with the People & Culture leadership and project delivery team, you will lead the change and communications stream of this transformation. You'll be responsible for driving engagement, developing training strategies, and ensuring seamless adoption of the new system across diverse geographies and legislative environments.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead the change management and communications strategy for the global Oracle HCM implementation.
* Develop and deliver online training content using integrated platforms such as "WalkMe" and the university's L&D system.
* Collaborate with offshore campuses to localise communications and ensure consistent messaging.
* Create clear, actionable communication plans and process documentation to support user adoption.
* Partner with Deloitte and internal stakeholders to align operational and technology transformation goals.
* Represent the project team in global forums and ensure alignment with broader organisational objectives.
* Support UAT and training phases leading up to the November go-live, ensuring readiness across all entities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

* Proven experience leading change and communications for large-scale HR system (ichris, oracle preferred) or relevant system transformations.
* Strong understanding of global HR operations, with the ability to navigate different legislative and cultural contexts.
* Demonstrated ability to simplify complex messages and drive engagement through digital training and communication tools.
* Experience working in a federated or decentralised organisational model is highly desirable.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on execution and outcomes.
