At Fackelmann Housewares, we're looking for a proactive, hands-on Assistant Brand Manager to join our close-knit Marketing team in Alexandria to start January 2026.
This is a role for a go-getter who thrives on juggling projects, bringing creative ideas to life and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen. You'll work across multiple brands and channels – from traditional retail to Amazon, ecommerce and social – and be trusted to deliver campaigns and projects that inspire customers and drive commercial results.

We market and distribute iconic brands such as Wiltshire, Stanley Rogers, Furi, Luigi Bormioli, Wüsthof, Vitamix, Leifheit and Soehnle. Our brands cover a multitude of kitchenware & tabletop categories inclusive of knives, cutlery, bakeware, glassware tools & gadgets & small appliances.

What you'll be doing
* Support the Brand Managers and CMO in delivering annual brand plans.
* Coordinate day-to-day brand projects, from packaging refreshes to content creation, ensuring everything is on-time and on-brand.
* Assist with social media calendars, influencer partnerships and digital campaigns – leveraging AI tools to spark fresh ideas.
* Track budgets and sales performance, helping the team review ROI and spot growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with sales, product, graphic design, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life.
* Prepare reports on campaign performance, competitor activity and brand insights.
What we're looking for
* 2+ years' experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to retail and consumer brands.
* A true all-rounder – comfortable with both digital and traditional marketing.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
* A team player with a can-do attitude – willing to get stuck in and make things happen.
* Experience with tools like, social platforms and Microsoft Office.
