We currently have one full-time position available in Subiaco. The Medical Secretary position provides high‑quality administrative and clerical support to clinicians while facilitating a smooth, patient‑centered experience. Salvado prides itself on providing a positive team culture. This position would suit a tech savvy individual that is ready to increase their skillset in the medical field. Key Responsibilities
* Patient Administration & Front‑Desk Support
* Manage appointment bookings and patient flow.
* Greet patients and ensure a professional, supportive reception environment.
* Respond to patient enquiries in person, by phone, and electronically.
* Confirm new patient details including medical and financial information.
Clinical & Administrative Support
* Process referrals, investigation results, and follow-up tasks for clinicians.
* Maintain clinician schedules.
* Relay and prioritise messages for clinicians.
* Support multi‑disciplinary and cross‑clinic coordination requirements between Psychiatry, Psychology and Mental Health GPs.
* Support operational targets related to waitlists, patient flow, and compliance.
Skills & Competencies
* Microsoft M365
* Proficiency in medical practice software Best Practice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong time‑management and prioritization abilities.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.
Qualifications & Experience
Whilst Experience working in medical administration is advantageous, we are looking for someone who is the right fit for our close-knit practice who wants to learn a grow professionally.
