Job Responsibilities:

* Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive engagement and resolution of guest complaints.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the park's assets and facilities are well-maintained.
* Ensure effective collaboration with colleagues to achieve business objectives.


Key Requirements:

* Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite.
