About the Role: As the Enterprise Architect, you will: Develop and maintain reference architectures, high-level designs, principles, and patterns. Align technology strategies with business priorities and government frameworks (e.g. ISM, PSPF, Essential Eight). Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical domains to craft future-state architectures and roadmaps. Provide strategic guidance on solution architecture and drive reuse, standardisation, and innovation. Engage in architectural communities to share knowledge and uplift capability across the organisation. What You Bring: 5 years in Enterprise Architecture or senior technology advisory roles. Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and experience designing secure, scalable cloud solutions. Strong understanding of the ins and outs of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Proven success aligning architecture with business goals and security policies in a Federal Government context. Exceptional communication skills - able to distil complex ideas into actionable insights for all levels of the organisation. A knack for creating clear, practical architecture artifacts that guide decision-making and execution. Bonus points for experience within highly regulated environments and managing organisational change.
