About the Role
In this key role, you will plan, schedule, and monitor all print and finishing jobs to ensure seamless workflow throughout the business. You'll work closely with sales, prepress, production, and suppliers to guarantee that jobs are delivered on time, at the highest quality, and with maximum efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
* Creating and maintaining daily and weekly production schedules
* Coordinating job requirements, artwork readiness, and material availability
* Managing workflow changes, urgent jobs, and production constraints
* Maintaining accurate data within production systems
* Supporting continuous improvement and capacity planning
What We're Looking For
* Experience in print production planning or scheduling
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask, adapt, and solve problems quickly
* Familiarity with print processes and MIS/ERP systems
* A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
