About the role: Weighbridge Operator / Quarry OperatorPermanent, full-time position with the world's largest building materials companyA competitive remuneration package including overtimeFull training provided for sales loader, dump truck, water cart, weighbridge operationResidential position or FIFO 2:1 / 11.5 hours daily rosterA company culture focused on recognition of effort and reward for achievementWe are looking for a Weighbridge Operator for our South Hedland site - an individual with previous experience in a quarry or similar environment would be preferable. Responsibilities include quarry work with loaders, operating water carts and dump trucks. You will also learn and operate the weighbridge to provide leave coverage. About you: This role is key to efficient site operations. Experience in the following areas would be advantageous, but training can be provided:Front-end loader operationsDump truck operationsWater cart operationsSales loader experience using Load Rite or similar systemsFamiliarity with quarry products and QA manufacturing/stockpiling processesWeighbridge operations experienceKey qualities include strong attention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to work across all facets of quarry activities.
