Workshop Controller Job Description
At our organization, we are looking for a skilled Workshop Controller to join our team. This leadership role entails driving profitability and fostering a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily tasks, productivity, and efficiency for a team of technicians
* Prioritize Repair Orders in the workshop to ensure timely completion
* Assist with technical problem-solving and suggest additional work as needed
Qualifications:
We seek a candidate with relevant vehicle trade qualifications and previous workshop controller experience. A current NSW driver's license is also required. Air-Conditioning and ASCIS & AUVIS Licenses are preferred but not essential.
