About the role:
We are seeking a motivated Home Care Worker to join the team in the [INSERT REGION HERE] on a casual basis. The candidates need to be committed to delivering high quality care for our aged care clients both in home and in the community.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing services in the client's house such as general house cleaning, tidying and shopping.
* Assisting clients in day to day needs to help keep them in their own home instead of seeking alternative options.
* Liaising with the care team regarding any concerns or feedback the client may have with Baptcare's service to ensure we are meeting the needs of every client.
* Maintaining strict privacy and dignity with all information relating to Client care and promotes same with any other members of the team or contractors on site.
About you:
* Completed first aid certificate.
* Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with Elderly people is advantageous.
* Current Australian Drivers license and access to a registered and vehicle with insurance.
* Ability to meet and perform the inherent requirements of the role.
