You will play a key role in supporting the Deputy Commissioner Investigations at the Anti-Dumping Commission.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level executive and administrative support, including branch administrative coordination, executive secretarial duties, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Branch Administrative Coordination: acting as a secretariat for the Commission's investigations-related decision-making bodies, coordinating papers, agendas, minutes, and liaising with branch directors and staff.
* Executive Assistance: providing executive secretarial and administrative support to the senior executive, arranging meetings, email and diary management, managing deadlines and clearances, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
