We are seeking an organised and proactive Assistant Centre Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic retail centre. Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring smooth management of the asset, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and reception support including tenant communication, contractor coordination, and key register management
* Prepare monthly reports, manage budgets, and assist with financial tasks such as rent rolls, lease documentation, and debt management
* Support daily operations, including contractor management, compliance, incident reporting, and tenant delivery
* Liaise with external marketing consultants and assist in coordinating centre promotions, social media updates, and signage
* Maintain accurate records including tenancy files, public liability, and statutory outgoings
* Be on call for centre-related matters including security, fire, and emergency incidents
What You'll Bring:
* Previous experience in retail property or shopping centre administration/operations
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., MRI, SNAP)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
