**About The Company**:
**The Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of the **Leading Hand** position is to supervise 5-10 labourers and coordinate the different construction sites in a methodical manner whilst being hands-on to set the pace on site. The** Labouring** work is mainly interior strip-outs and detailed demolition.
To be successful in this role you will have must have:
- 3+ years experience in the construction industry
- A current white card and driver's license
- A high level of physical fitness
- Strong communication skills to liaise with a variety of clients
