Customer Service and Cafe Roles
We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team in cafe roles that require excellent customer service and a passion for delivering high-quality food and beverages.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
* Cafe All-Rounder Role:
* Minimum 1-2 years experience as a barista (dialing in, milk texturing, latte art)
* Confidence in busy, fast-paced service
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Availability for early morning shifts and at least one weekend day
* Breakfast & Lunch Cook Role:
* Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
* Confidence in independently managing prep, ordering, and stock rotation in a small kitchen during breakfast and lunch service
* Able to maintain a calm and organized presence during busy periods
