Goal Indigenous Services are seeking a skilled Vehicle Logistics Officer in Darwin, Northern Territory. In this role you will work with the Team Leader and staff to manage daily tasks, confirm routes and ensure accurate billing.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate waste collection runs to optimise efficiency and productivity
* Resolve urgent customer issues with a practical solutions-focused mindset
* Verify the accuracy of driver confirmations in internal systems and resolve any discrepancies
* Provide accurate and timely information on service windows to the Customer Services Team and Sales Team when required via Salesforce platform
* Undertake operational reporting duties utilising PTS and SAP
* Ensure driver accountability with all operational procedures
Requirements
* Driver's License
* Computer literacy – Google Suite and Excel
* Geographical knowledge of the Darwin region
Desirable
* Previous experience in transport or logistics
* SAP and Salesforce knowledge
