Operational Support Assistant Job Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to work in an administrative role providing support to our team.
You will be responsible for providing general office support including answering phones, distributing information and managing stock. You will also have the opportunity to learn about Technology Enabled Care (TEC) equipment and process new referrals for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support including answering telephones and distributing information
* Working with the Implementation and Innovation manager to learn about TEC equipment
* Taking and processing new referrals for clients
* Scheduling technicians/responders diaries with appointments
* Liaising with customers, their families and third-party community services
* Assisting with promotional activities and local marketing campaigns
* Setting up new client equipment and processing returned equipment
* Managing stock in/out of the office
* Processing payments and taking credit card payments from clients
Skills and qualifications required:
* Ability to manage own workload and work unsupervised
* Demonstrated ability to deliver a service with empathy and care
* Ideal candidate will have driving licence and use of a taxed and insured vehicle for business use
