AI Success Trainer

The role
We are seeking an AI Success Trainer to assist with the adoption of AI across the firm and play a key role in shaping the future of legal practice. This is a high‐impact, newly created role at the intersection of law, technology and innovation. You'll partner closely with legal teams to identify opportunities, embed AI‐powered solutions and ensure our people are confident and capable in using AI tools.
In this role, you will design and deliver AI training and resources to support confident and responsible adoption, while partnering with teams to embed AI into everyday workflows. As the central point for AI initiatives, you will prioritise use cases, translate business needs into practical solutions and support implementation and continuous improvement. You will also drive change initiatives, foster a network of AI champions and contribute to a strong culture of innovation across the firm.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver AI training and resources for law firm staff.
* Partner with legal teams to identify and embed AI‐powered solutions into workflows.
* Prioritise use cases, translate business needs into practical solutions and support implementation.
* Drive change initiatives and foster a network of AI champions.
* Support the continuous improvement of AI initiatives across the firm.
Qualifications
* 2‐4+ years in legal technology, innovation, consulting or similar.
* Experience delivering training or change initiatives in professional services.
* Hands‐on exposure to AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Harvey, Kira, Relativity).
* Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
* Experience within a law firm or a legal background is desirable.
* Exposure to Agile delivery environments, learning management systems (LMS) and regulatory considerations relating to AI is highly regarded.
