**About the role**
Reporting to the CEO, and as a crucial member of the Leadership team, you will be responsible for generating and growing revenue across FightMND's campaigns, as well their operational management and execution. This includes the Big Freeze (including DIY Big Freeze and Big Freeze Socks) and Daniher's Drive, as well as any future FightMND campaigns. You will lead a dynamic team of 5-6 direct reports, as well as campaign related resources and contractors:
- Develop and execute strategies for all major FightMND campaigns
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Director to implement marketing And communications plans for campaigns
- Cultivate and manage key stakeholders, talent and ambassadors relevant to campaigns, including Ch7, AFL and our corporate partners
- Manage the Campaigns P&L, including budget and forecasting, reporting and evaluation
- Represent FightMND as a media spokesperson for our campaigns as required
- Kindly note, this is a 12 month parental leave contract leading and overseeing the Campaigns directorate and activities. On the incumbents return, there is an opportunity to transition into a leadership position overseeing the BigFreeze, _

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role you will have the following demonstrated experience:
- Overall management responsibility for large-scale revenue generation campaigns
- Understanding of FMCG, retail and sporting industries, particularly relating to merchandise distribution and marketing
- Understanding of the media landscape as it relates to campaigns/events promotions with strong relationships with key players in the industry
- Highly developed relationship management skills with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including corporate partners
- Demonstrated team leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire others while contributing to and promoting a positive, happy energetic and productive workplace
- Working at pace, comfortable in being both "hands on" and strategic
- Innovative - a forward and strategic thinker and planner who is both curious and has a growth mindset
