We have an exciting opportunity for an **Accounts Receivable Officer** to join our Corporate team in **Broadbeach** on the beautiful Gold Coast, on a **full-time** basis.
**More about this role**:
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, this role is responsible for managing the allocated ledger of accounts receivable in a high volume and fast paced environment.
**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:
- Address discrepancies and inconsistencies with key stakeholders.
- Investigate, manage and resolve complex billing enquiries.
- Manage data exceptions from our processing systems.
- Accurate reconciliation of weekly volume client statements.
- Ensure execution of revenue related internal controls through maintenance of and compliance with system controls, audits and company standards.
- Ensure costs to be on charged to airline customers are provided to the Accounts Receivable team bi-weekly.
- Liaise with Procurement and Suppliers to query pricing and with Item Master team to facilitate maintenance of correct pricing in all systems.
- Ensure electronic scanning and other space saving methods of storage and retrieval are processed accurately.
- Assist with projects, including the implementation of software and provide training and support to others as directed.
- Participate in month end close, reconciliation of accounts, data analysis and maintain data integrity.

- Demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Experience in a high volume accounts receivable role.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Possesses a customer service mindset and displays professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail.
