About The Role
Operating within PSH Faculty of Health Sciences, the Faculty Operations Manager is responsible for the provision of strategic support, advice and guidance to professional staff, within the Faculty of Health Sciences. They will foster a culture of service excellence by ensuring best practice and the seamless delivery of services to students and staff across the Faculty, and in particular the National School of Allied Health, the National School of Behavioural & Health Sciences and the National School of Nursing, Midwifery & Paramedicine. They will also provide support to the Director, Strategy & Operations.

What We Offer
* The University pursues an excellence agenda and offers an environment where staff are welcomed and safe, and valued through development, participation and involvement.
* Total remuneration valued to $160,095 - $170,833 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $135,360 - $144,538 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
* Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
