We're adding to our leadership team and looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our Australian Civil sales team and drive commercial excellence across Bridges, Maritime, and Rail products.

What you'll do: Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of three Sales Engineers/BDMs across Australia.
Drive Growth: Expand into new regions and verticals, ensuring strong pipelines and market activity.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a sales roadmap aligned with our 3/5/10-year vision.
Commercial Excellence: Monitor quotas, optimize processes, and report projected cash flows to the GM.
Data-Driven Management: Consolidate reporting and maintain dashboards to keep the team on track.
What you'll bring: Proven success in closing long-term sales cycles.
Strong leadership experience in sales teams.
Background in construction systems or componentry sales.
Exceptional stakeholder management and process optimization skills.
