We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial strategy, policies, procedures and financial controls framework to ensure achievement of business objectives.
* This includes ensuring internal controls are effectively in place and functional;
* Ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations;
The role involves leading Finance & Commercial functions including Accounting and General Ledger, Financial/Management/Regulatory reporting, Forecasting/Budgeting, Costings/Payroll/Accts Payable & Receivable/Taxation/Warehouse Management Systems/Treasury/Grants/Funds management/Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). Furthermore this function also supports Operational Excellence initiatives driving cost savings across all departments contributing towards improved profitability as well as implementing process improvements which reduce operational risk levels enhancing overall efficiency through automation where possible
