Aboriginal Child Protection Caseworker

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide culturally sensitive support to Aboriginal children and their families.
* Collaborate with other agencies to address complex issues and develop safety plans.
* Assist families in achieving their goals and addressing concerns related to safety and well-being.
* Manage cases and situations, including working with high-risk clients and their families.
* Participate in court processes and prepare relevant documents.
Requirements:
* A relevant diploma or degree qualification is preferred.
* Applicants without a relevant qualification require at least two years' experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
* The ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively.
* A valid driver's license and paid working with children clearance number.
* Documented verification of Aboriginality, confirming your identity as an Aboriginal person.
