We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality product presentation.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, stock levels, and employee performance.
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail management role.
* Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction improvement.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Working Hours:
