Marketing & Growth Manager
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing & Growth Manager to join our team at McCartney Family Funerals.
This newly created role will take ownership of our marketing performance, strategy, and lead generation, working closely with our Managing Director and creative team to drive market share, increase ROI, and position the business as the leading provider in our region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-informed marketing strategy across all channels.
* Plan, manage, and report on marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, at-need leads, and pre-need contracts.
* Track and optimise key metrics (CPL, conversion, traffic, engagement, ROI).
* Coordinate creative direction with our in-house Content Creator and Graphic Designer.
* Manage relationships with external SEO and PPC consultants, ensuring performance accountability.
* Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to align marketing with business goals.
* Contribute to local community engagement initiatives and events.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a marketing role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or campaign management capacity.
* Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive results.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.
* Experience in campaign planning, reporting, and budget optimisation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Creative thinking and a passion for brand storytelling.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.
