Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, assist with recruitment processes, maintain accurate records, and perform other related tasks.
1. Recruitment Support:
* Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms and social media.
* Screen and filter candidates based on job criteria.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
* Follow up with shortlisted candidates and communicate interview outcomes.
2. HR Administration:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical and digital).
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and contracts.
* Track employee attendance, absences, and leaves.
* Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs for the sales team.
* Follow up with the sales team on daily/weekly attendance and commission inputs.
* Coordinate with finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
3. Reporting & Documentation:
* Help generate monthly reports (headcount, turnover, leave balance, etc.).
* Ensure all HR documents and trackers are organized and accessible.
4. Training & Development:
* Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling and room setup.
* Follow up on training feedback and maintain training records.
